Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, helping them maximize refunds and plan for the future.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow the client base through community outreach, events, and collaboration with marketing, while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax credentials required (EA/CPA/attorney).
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return prep and advice at a retail location.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Assist customers with tax planning and software support.
