Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and growing local client base.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and genuine interest in achieving clients’ financial goals.
