Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building a local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, prospecting, and creating long-term relationships, with a front-facing retail environment and a focus on customer prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, weekend hours.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive ambassador.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products and software.
