Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing the local client base and delivering a high‑quality customer experience. Candidates should have an EA/CPA/attorney license (or be eligible), PTIN, and at least 3 years of paid 1040 tax return experience using professional software.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be willing to work onsite 20 hours per week in a TurboTax retail/flagship location; weekends included.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and nurturing leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
