Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Candidates should have active EA/CPA credentials, PTIN, and at least 3 years of paid tax prep experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA license preferred and PTIN required.
• State licenses/certificates may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences and build local client relationships.
