Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and community presence. You must be an active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax knowledge and a passion for helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; strong tax preparation experience.
• Knowledge of tax law and compliance.
• Willingness to work onsite in retail locations in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain tax concepts in everyday language.
• Support in-store marketing and outreach activities with the TurboTax team.
