Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to walk-in customers in a retail setting.

Build local client relationships and leverage TurboTax marketing resources to grow your business within the community. You must reside in the United States, hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license (or be able to obtain), and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build client relationships in-store.
