Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in your local community to build lasting relationships. The role requires a valid EA/CPA/attorney license or PTIN, strong tax knowledge, and willingness to represent TurboTax in a retail environment.

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, grow the client base and support local marketing.
• Provide Tax Expertise: Perform hands-on tax preparation, tax planning, and advisory services for personal and business taxes, using available resources to tailor solutions.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: Deliver professional, empathetic service; build trust; assist clients in-person and via TurboTax tools.
