Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, advice, and software support to help customers navigate their tax needs.

In this role you’ll build trust with clients, grow the local TurboTax client base, and work with marketing resources. A licensed EA/CPA/attorney or PTIN holder is required, with 20+ hours per week in a front‑facing retail role, residing in

Qualifications

  • Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
  • PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Willing to work onsite in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
  • Complete tax preparation services for simple to complex situations.
  • Grow TurboTax client base and foster local community relationships.
  • Engage in local marketing and help make taxes accessible.
