Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while actively growing the local client base and fostering community relationships. Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license (PTIN required) and are comfortable working Sundays through Saturdays for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in local markets.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
