Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers complete tax returns and offering tailored advice in a friendly, community-focused setting.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires EA/CPA or attorney licensing, PTIN, and at least 3 years of professional tax-prep experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions and reduce liabilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
