Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax advice and return preparation while building local relationships.

You will engage with customers, drive community presence, and support marketing efforts in a fast-paced retail environment. This non-exempt, on-site role offers competitive compensation in California, with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses/certifications.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform in a front-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing initiatives with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Utilize government sites and professional tools for accurate solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build trust.
• Interact with customers in-person and via video tools.
• Address client inquiries and tax-related challenges.
