Intuit, Inc. seeks seasoned TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, advise on deductions, and support TurboTax products while building local relationships and driving client growth.

The role is non-exempt, on-site, and requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential for expanded hours during peak periods. California-based candidates will be prioritized.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite in a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday for at least 20 hours per week.

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations, planning, and software/product support for clients in-person.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
