Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax situations with clear explanations and friendly guidance. As a Retail Expert, you will grow the local client base, build relationships, and work with TurboTax marketing to expand community outreach, delivering an outstanding

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for a range of tax situations.
• Grow the local client base and nurture relationships through outreach and marketing collaboration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients understand tax concepts in everyday language.
