Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate their tax needs with clear, personalized guidance. You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and work with TurboTax marketing and tools to grow a thriving business while delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax resources for the community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise in everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and through Intuit tools; address inquiries and overcome tax-related challenges.
