Job summary

Intuit, Inc. invites motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and foster financial prosperity.

You will work in-person with clients, performing full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building lasting relationships and contributing to local market growth for TurboTax products.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for tax filings.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow client base.
• Provide in-person tax advice, prepare returns, and assist with complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
