Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice to customers, leveraging TurboTax products to deliver accurate tax solutions.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and build lasting relationships through friendly, clear guidance and collaboration with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; willingness to obtain state licenses/certs as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax locations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, tools, and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
