Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role involves tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing TurboTax’s client base in the local community.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
  • Must possess State licenses or certificates as applicable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
  • Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
  • English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
  • Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help build client relationships.
