Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will deliver full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor in the community.

The role emphasizes growing the TurboTax client base, providing clear tax guidance, and building lasting relationships with clients, while representing TurboTax locally with professional service standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage new prospects, nurture leads, and support local marketing efforts.
• Provide Tax Expertise: give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professionalism and help clients achieve financial goals, building long-term relationships.
