Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation and advisory services while engaging the local community and growing a loyal client base. You will act as a trusted advisor in-person, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to help customers achieve favorable tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds must be held or obtainable.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week.
• U.S. residency required.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing setting.
