Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will serve in-person customers, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and help drive loyalty. This non-exempt, onsite role offers community-facing opportunities, a base California pay range, and the chance to grow with Intuit's network

Qualifications

EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience preferred (deep tax knowledge)
Active PTIN to file taxes
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
Familiarity with Circular 230
Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week
Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return services for customers
Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships
Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and outreach
