Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships.

You’ll provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base. This non-exempt position requires onsite presence and offers a strong pay-for-performance rewards

Competenze

  • Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
  • PTIN required by law to file taxes.
  • Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Mansioni

  • Be a proactive community ambassador at a TurboTax location.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
  • Deliver Best in Class customer experience and foster loyalty.
