Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advisory services, engaging with customers and building local relationships through marketing support and community involvement.

The role requires on-site presence, portability of tax knowledge, and the ability to grow a local client base, while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active license: EA, CPA, or attorney.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns filing experience.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full return preparation.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Assist clients using TurboTax products and resources.
• Grow the client base and build community relationships.
• Answer client inquiries and support tax-related challenges.
