Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and building trusted relationships in the community.

The role emphasizes on-site attendance, customer care, and utilizing marketing support to expand your TurboTax advisory practice within your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hours weekly.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail setting.
