Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support while building a local client base and fostering loyalty.

You will work onsite, engaging with customers, delivering personalized tax solutions, and leveraging marketing support to grow your practice within the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
