Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support as a trusted local advisor, helping customers navigate complex returns and grow the TurboTax client base within your community. You will engage prospects, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and collaborate with marketing resources to build relationships.

Qualifications

• Active professional license (EA/CPA/Attorney) is required or preferred.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, or permits as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trusted relationships.
