Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work with in-person customers, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.

As a trusted adviser in the community, you’ll attract new clients, build lasting relationships, and grow TurboTax’s client base with marketing support from Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, serving as a fixture and public face of TurboTax in the community.
• Provide Tax Expertise: Give hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base: Attract new clients, establish long-term relationships, and drive customer loyalty with local marketing support.
