Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with tax needs, perform full-service tax return preparation, and offer personalized tax advice while building strong local client relationships.

The role emphasizes community engagement, prospect outreach, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing to grow the local client base and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license; PTIN as required by law; state licenses or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally; engage new prospects and convert to long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and support via in-person interactions and digital tools.
