Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location nationwide, serving in-person customers and building a local client base.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and support, using TurboTax products to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. This non-exempt, on-site role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN, with weekends and 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax location (weekends included).
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes accessible and approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate solutions in clear everyday language.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a focus on achieving financial goals.
• Build long-term client relationships and engage via in-person and TurboTax video tools.
