Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients with tax planning in a supportive, community-focused environment.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, engaging in marketing activities, and delivering excellent customer experiences while representing TurboTax in public venues. Prior tax experience and an active PTIN are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Grow the TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Support local marketing efforts and outreach with TurboTax resources.
