Job summary

Venture Home is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to represent us inside Lowe's locations and engage homeowners in solar energy discussions that showcase home energy savings.

You will qualify customers, educate them on benefits, and schedule in-home consultations with our Energy consultants while maintaining excellent service and documentation. This role offers growth in a rapidly expanding solar company.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
