Venture Home is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to work inside Lowe’s locations, educating homeowners about solar energy and energy savings. You will schedule in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants and document lead details accurately.

This is a customer-facing role that blends retail familiarity with clean energy solutions. You’ll join a growing team that trains staff, supports career progression, and rewards performance with on-target earnings and a competitive compensation

• Represent Venture Home inside Lowe’s locations with professionalism.
• Engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy and savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations.
• Document customer information and appointments accurately.
• Attend ongoing product and selling training sessions.
• Hit appointment and performance goals while delivering great service.
