Job summary

Venture Home is looking for a Retail Sales Representative to educate homeowners about solar energy and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants. This role operates inside designated Lowe's locations and requires strong people skills in a retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's locations.
• Engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations.
