Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are readily available at retailers.

You will drive to stores within 25–35 miles of Millington, TN, lift up to 50 lbs, place orders via iPad, and follow RTM plans, while contributing to seasonal promotions and high-visibility events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, able to move product from stock rooms to store floor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store, delivering professional service to store teams and shoppers.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Capture store photos and report store-level insights to RTM/management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within assigned area; comply with safety requirements.
