Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store execution for brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and implement displays to ensure products are prominently placed and consistently in stock.

Role requires driving to multiple store locations in Alabama/Georgia, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using iPad/Salesforce for orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in retail or grocery environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support display visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate insights or opportunities to RTM/management.
• Assist with safe lifting and movement of products.
