Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring top brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, execute displays, write product orders via iPad, and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce, while building strong store relationships.

The role requires physical stamina to lift and move products and requires driving to nearby store locations within Fulton, KY and surrounding TN areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude with self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Physically able to perform lifting/bending and moving product (up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Fulton, KY; secondary locations include Martin, TN; Union City, TN; Milan, TN.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Responsabilités

• Visit stores on a daily basis to execute in-store merchandising and order writing according to RTM plans.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays; capture photos of displays as required.
• Build relationships with store staff and manage in-stock conditions via iPad and Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure alignment with negotiated plans.
• Provide store-level insights and communicate issues to RTM and management.
• Comply with safety requirements, including lifting and moving products in a fast-paced environment.
