Job summary

Mondelez International in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store through in-person execution, displays, and stock management.

You will build relationships with store teams, perform daily store visits, and order product via iPad while following Mondelēz' merchandising standards. The role rewards reliability, physical stamina, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage is reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and moving up to 25 lbs; occasionally 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Mount Juliet, TN; secondary location Lebanon, TN.
• Schedule availability Monday-Thursday, and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role including lifting, bending, and moving product.
