Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and ensure displays are perfectly placed and always in stock.

This frontline role involves driving to stores within a 25-35 mile radius of Millington, TN, following RTM plans, and using iPad/Salesforce for orders and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Must own a vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and physical duties of the role.
