Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Millington, TN. You’ll be the face of iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, stocking shelves and creating engaging displays for shoppers.

You’ll visit stores with a positive, professional attitude, manage orders via iPad and Salesforce, and collaborate with store teams to keep products in stock and properly featured.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with current insurance to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical capability to perform required tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier lifting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure compliance with plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTMs.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTMs and management.
• Safely perform duties including lifting and moving products.
