Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock and properly positioned, acting as the face of the brand to store teams and shoppers.

You’ll visit stores, take display photos, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and execute RTM plans while following a structured daily schedule.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license in your state.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move products from stock rooms to store shelves.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
