Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to handle in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock across assigned stores.

Responsibilities include visiting stores, maintaining relationships with store teams, processing orders via iPad/Salesforce, following RTM plans, and assisting with seasonal launches.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellent service as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage among retail teams.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
