Job summary

Mondelēz International in Brentwood, TN is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock and accurately displayed.

Travel to nearby stores will be required with the option to service Franklin, TN as a secondary location. You’ll work with store teams, manage product orders on an iPad, and implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have valid REAL ID driver license/U.S. passport/federal ID to access a military base facility.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving product as needed.
