Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Cookeville, TN. You will represent the company in-store, stock and display products, and place orders to keep shelves in stock.

You’ll work closely with store personnel to ensure promotions and RTM plans are executed effectively. The role requires driving a personal vehicle, lifting up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally), and starting early at 7:00am.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, with occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Cookeville, TN.
• Schedule includes Mon-Thu and Sat; Start Time 7:00am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Stock shelves and execute displays according to plans.
• Place orders via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Capture display photos and follow DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and management.
• Uphold safety and physical requirements.
