Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Columbia, TN. You will represent iconic brands in-store, manage shelf displays, and place orders via iPad while using Salesforce to keep products in stock.

You'll visit stores Monday through Friday, build strong relationships with store staff, and support seasonal launches, all while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID or U.S. passport
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional up to 50 lbs
• Live within 25–35 miles of Columbia, TN; primary location
• Schedule Mon–Fri; Start Time 7:00am
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI/Salesforce
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support display visibility
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM/management
• Adhere to safety; perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products
