Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and manage in-stock conditions using Salesforce, while building strong relationships with store teams and shoppers.

The role involves daily store visits, heavy lifting, and driving a personal vehicle. Compensation is hourly with comprehensive benefits and potential for career growth within Mondelēz’s retail execution team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to operate personal vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores daily to merchandise and stock shelves.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Use iPad to order product and maintain in-stock conditions (Salesforce).
• Capture display photos and follow RTM plans for promotions.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays and ensure compliance with plans.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and management.
• Remain physically active with lifting, bending, and moving products.
