Job summary

Mondelēz International in Newnan, GA is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and use Salesforce to keep products in stock.

As the face of Mondelēz, you will service store teams and shoppers, visit assigned locations daily, follow RTM plans, and participate in seasonal launches and promotions, while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Newnan, GA; secondary location Riverdale, GA.
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; handle lifting and moving products.
