Job summary

Mondelēz International in Somerset, KY is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks to life in-store—stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are in stock for customers.

Represent Mondelēz to store teams and shoppers, drive visibility, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and follow RTM plans. Must be 18+, have a REAL ID or federal ID, and a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs as part of stocking.
• Experience in retail/grocery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physically demanding role.
