Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to champion in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz and other brands. You will visit stores, stock shelves, place displays, and ensure products are available and well-presented.

You will build relationships with store staff, handle iPad orders, and implement RTM plans. The job requires physical activity and regular travel within the Brentwood/Antioch area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance and travel to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving heavier items.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support display execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management team.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
