Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world‑famous snacks to life in-store, building relationships with store personnel and shoppers. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock, moving from stock rooms to shelves with care.

You will represent the brands with a positive attitude, drive sales through displays, and manage orders using Salesforce on an iPad, while adhering to RTM plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Gastonia, NC ( Belmont, NC secondary location).
• Schedule availability: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
