Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock, working closely with store personnel.

You will drive to various stores within the Woodland/Davis area, write orders on an iPad using Salesforce, and follow RTM plans for promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional moves up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Woodland, CA; coverage includes Davis, Dixon, Natomas, West Sacramento.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; start around 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI Merchandising standards and capturing photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving product as needed.
